We can deliver outside the UK, however this needs to be arranged with selected couriers and it may incur in delivery charges and delivery may take longer. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us first so we can assess the situation and tell you if you would incur in extra charges so you don't get any surprises.
If the item or any part of it is faulty or damaged, please refuse the delivery. Else, please let us know as soon as possible providing photographic images of the damages and package. We may then replace part or all of the item to ensure your maximum satisfaction with your product.
Please note that colours may be represented differently on a digital screen, and change from one device to another. While we aim to represent accurately the item on our store, the colours may show some discrepancies.
Furthermore, some items which contain natural wood and genuine leather will naturally have a degree of variation, as each item is unique.
If you are not 100% happy with the colour, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know and we will make it right.
In the unlikely event that this occurs, please refuse the item from the courier which will get sent back to us. If you do realise later on, please let us know as soon as possible and keep the item in the original packaging for recollection. Don't worry, you won't have to pay for the return - this will be entirely on us.
If you decide to return the item because you have changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with it, it's absolutely fine. You will need to inform us of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You will then have a further 14 days from notification to send send the item back. We will process the refund once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your banking institution to process the transaction. Bespoke items and perishable goods are exempted from this. For more details, please see our Terms of Service.
No, we will not charge you a fee if you change your mind. We will refund you the amount charged to you at the time of purchase including standard shipping (where applicable). However, in this case we won't cover the return costs.
Some products come with the Sapphire 5-year Manufacturer's Guarantee. This means that any manufacture or product quality issues can be returned for a refund within a period of 180 days, replaced free of charge up to 365 days, or will qualify for 'on site' repair up to 5 years, or alternatively if you want to return a product 12% of the price is deducted for every complete year from date of purchase to date of return request. Returned items will need to be in our warehouses within 30 days of confirmation received.
